Meet Sarah
Hi, my name is Sarah and I realized early on in my career that as a SLP I needed to specialize in oral motor and myofunctional disorders. Areas I've received advanced training in include childhood apraxia of speech, picky eaters and feeding disorders, oral motor disorders, oral placement therapy, and myofunctional therapy techniques.
Following the birth of my daughter, who had significant feeding troubles due to oral ties, I decided to take all of my current trainings and knowledge and find additional trainings to specialize in oral ties and therapy for infants! This then led me to the creation of my private practice. As a client of mine, you will receive care not only from a trained professional but as a mother of three babies with oral ties and feeding difficulties.
Not many providers specialize in or treat the areas that I do. Seek out a free phone consultation if you suspect your child is experiencing any of the following: oral ties, body tension, high/narrow palate, difficulties with breast or bottle feeding, tongue thrust, impaired dentition, tongue thrust swallows, picky eating or food aversions, lack of progress with traditional articulation therapy. Let me help you navigate the overwhelming journey of oral ties and orofacial myofunctional disorders!
